- Handle sales of Airtel products and services such as SIMs, ERC, Modems etc.
- Perform administrative duties in express shop and escalate issues to appropriate
units where applicable.
- Ensure availability of stock in assigned express shop.
- Interact with walk-in customers, respond to their inquiries about products and services.
- Resolve customers’ complaints and take necessary actions aimed at guaranteeing optimal customer satisfaction
- Take records of every complaint/inquiry/query raised by the customer.
- Report to the Shop Supervisor.
- Offer services such as SIM Swap, SIM registration, data activation, and whatnot.
- Take stock inventory.
