After my university studies on management of tourism companies and International tourism (Bachelor in Pisa and master in Lugano - Switzerland) I worked in the university doing research on ICT applied to culture and tourism. From 2010 to 2013 I worked in an Italian hotel Chain in the franchising development dept. In 2013 I took part in the project of Convention Bureau Livorno, a network of companies operating in the MICE sector, taking care of the creation of a destination identity together with the promotion of a commercial offer of MICE services.
