Acting as responsible for Dell’s consulting team composed of pre-sales consultants, solution architects and implementation consultants, and working on the business development in Brazil that comprehends:
• Business strategy definition in alignment with the global strategy;
• Tools and processes evaluation and adequacy;
• Management, evaluation, adequacy and expansion of the team
• Build relationship with executive board and other areas with participation on the Sales process;
• Partners relationship, qualification and quality control
• Development plans for Sales support teams.
