I have worked as an executive within small and midsize enterprises for over 15 years, improving their internal business processes, helping to develop strategies, reduce costs and increase sales. In 2007 I have founded my first start-up, which became one of the best IT companies in Armenian local market. As co-founder and business development director I was responsible for finances, HR, client service and strategic development of the company. I have managed number of social projects, in such fields as education, environment, agriculture and PR services.
