Although I go by many names, I respond to few people. Some call me by my God given name: Natty Bumppo. My closest Indian/Mohican friends call me Hawkeye or Trapper, because of my skills in the wilderness. The French, however, call me La Longue Carabine (the long rifle) on account of my shooting skills.
