I have worked in different countries in Central Asia, East Africa and West Africa with number of years experience in financial inclusion, digital finance and distribution, involved in a number of deployments including Mobile Money, M-PESA, Mobile Banking and Client Centricity. My work focuses on assisting clients to implement digital financial solutions, which include: strategy development and qualitative market research to understand customers鈥� needs, product development, process re-engineering, testing and support to roll-out.
