As Membership Director, I engage business owning families and build and sustain a member network that addresses their unique needs and interests. I am responsible for the development and implementation of a comprehensive membership program, including the contact and solicitation of new members and custom program participants. I monitor and manage current member retention rates and manage service delivery to all of the Center鈥檚 stakeholders. Sustaining and building a robust FBC membership is the key to the success of this community and its programs. I also also provide leadership support and facilitation to the Center鈥檚 Peer Advisory Groups and the facilitation and coaching teams.
