I have been in the field of Training and Development for over ten years and currently working as General Manager, Capability Development Delhi SDO in Accenture, BPO.
I specialise in Speech and Diction Training and have been involved in creation and customisation of training content for Soft Skills and Behavioral Training. I have certified and upskilled trainers and SMEs and designed and delivered TTT programs at various levels.
I am currently working on Performance Management and Leadership Skill Building for new managers in the Financial Services domain.
