Arafin Gulsan Ara currently working in the Human Resource and Learning Development department at BRAC for more that 2 years. Previously she worked as Learning Manager and Incharge at BRAC for one year. Before that time she also worked as Deputy Learning Manager at BRAC for more than 2 years. She has gained the experience of working with different organization (others NGOs). She has pursued her academic degree in B.Sc Honors (Fisheries) and M.S (Fisheries) from University of Dhaka. At present she is studying for professional degree in HRM at BIM.
