Committed to the delivery of professional early childhood education, Rupal joined Odyssey @ Wilkinson in 2008 with the overall responsibility of setting up and managing the centre鈥檚 operations. After firmly establishing the centre and growing enrollment to 170 students, Rupal moved to Odyssey @ 4th Avenue in 2010.
As Head of School at Odyssey, Rupal oversaw the program implementation, professional development, parent partnerships, curriculum research and innovation as well as operational quality. Under Rupal鈥檚 leadership, both Odyssey centres flourished and expanded to a total cohort of 330 children.
