Me.. I think, "I hope I get to"... instead of, "I hope I don't have to". I love my work; it's like peeling an onion. There are always more layers to discover and explore. I think about what I will say, not how I will say it. I don't have to worry about agendas or politics or subtle machinations. I trust my team members - and they trust me. I see my internal and external customers not as people to satisfy but simply as people. I don't see customers as numbers. They're real people who have real needs.
