 We needed to get Operations Managers up to speed with the
  systems they use from their first day
 To provide a base knowledge of the systems from which the
  learners could revisit and build upon
 To use relevant, contextual and engaging examples
 Aim for a training time of 4 hours (instead of 2 days), delivered in a
  maximum of 45 minute chunks that could fit around the working day
