Dr Canford Chiroro works in rural development, agriculture, food security, climate change and natural resource governance, and specialises in providing technical advice in strategy, program and policy design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and institutional capacity development. Canford has over seven years’ experience in international development management, research and training. Prior to joining the CIDT, Canford was a research fellow at the University of Sussex for a DFID-ESRC funded research on Inclusive Growth, Agriculture and Water Governance.
