I鈥檓 a software developer for Bento Box Projects and a non-profit administrator, who in 2011 co-founded the Toronto organization Dames Making Games. A lot of my work is about helping people get involved in video game creation and development, particularly women.
Dames Making Games, since its inception, has helped many women from widely varying educational backgrounds develop and refine their first video games. Some of our most successful programs so far include Jeuxly (summer 2012), No-Jam (fall 2012), and Feb Fatale (winter 2013).
