Recruited new physicians and helped reinvigorate the nursing depts. worked in close liason with CFO in improving systems related to revenue generated, improved the level of medical expertise and current standards of care by introducing CME/CE based educational programs, expanded the teaching responsibilitiesof the hospital towards medical students, family practise residents, podiatry residents, initiated regular multidisciplinary grand rounds and currently remain active in business and service expansion planning.
