Born in the Bronx, NY of Peruvian/Ukrainian decent and raised in Greensboro, North Carolina before finally making my home in the Hispanic melting pot of South Florida, my passion is cooking.
Being raised mostly in the Peruvian culture, I began learning how to cook at a young age. By the age of six I was able to make a fresh pot of homemade Rice from scratch, with little to no supervision....and my passion has blossomed from there.
Today, I still live in South Florida and I enjoy cooking and eating all different kinds and types of foods. Although my specialties remain very true to my heritage and cultural roots of Peruvian and Ukrainian cuisine. Enjoy the recipes and photographs.
