Customer service oriented with high level of experience. Working four years in Dubai Airport as Senior Customer Service Agent. During my carrier I have had opportunity to work with high standard airlines as Singapore Airlines, Turkish Airline, Egypt Air (Dubai), TAM Airlines, American Airlines and Air France (Brazil) and many others as demanding.
