Dat has 14 years of experience working as HR and Training Manager, HR Director and Workforce Development Expert in FPT Software from 1999-2013. During this time, he took part in developing FPT Software's workforce from 20 people to more than 4000 people. From 2007 to 2010, he also worked to FPT Corporation (the mother company of FPT Software), in charge of HR Manager for 9000+ employees.
