Currently I am directly responsible to align Paladion's services to Client requirements in the EMEA region, by working closely with Delivery teams and Client teams.
Previously I worked as the Global Projects Director for a delivery team of over 70 management consultants, over 300 security engineers, over 400 incident analysts. Direct responsibilities include tracking team billable utilization, projects assurance, client feedback, revenue forecast, recruitment planning, projects expense tracking, projects profitability, etc.
