Ensuring uninterrupted, 24x7 operations in Trivandrum and Nagercoil delivery centers. Developing and maintaining a business continuity plan (BCP) to ensure timely and effective restoration of data and IT services in the event of a disaster.
Ensuring the security of RevenueMed networks, servers, desktops, and associated data.
