I love the "system" part of instructional systems development. Developing training systems is no fun if it isn't efficient, agile, targeted and responsive.
The media are fantastic...
...but ya gotta have a plan....and learners/businesses/military forces/governmental agencies need a roadmap so they know where they are, when they get "there," and when the terrain changed...is shifting...(and preferably before you say, metaphically speaking) hmm...looks like Mt. Ranier's gonna erupt!
