Daniel has over 20 years of experience in various IT roles including system administration, network management, IT Operations, and IT Service Management. He started his IT career in 1992 as a VAX/VMS operator for the DOD Composite Health Care System (CHCS) in a U.S. Army hospital in Nuremburg, Germany. He quickly excelled and was given the opportunity to play a major role in bringing up the new system at the Landstuhl Army Medical Center, Landstuhl, Germany.
