Donna L. Hoffman, an internationally recognized expert in digital commerce and Internet marketing, is the Louis Rosenfeld Distinguished Scholar and Professor of Marketing at the George Washington University School of Business. Hoffman's research is focused on the behavioral and quantitative study of online consumer behavior and Internet business strategy.
