iz blokade u provođenje je oblast negativne otpornosti
koja se ne može snimiti merenjem (nestabilna je).
Kada IH opada, tiristor ostaje u provodnom stanju
dok struja ne opadne ispod vrednosti IL (struja
držanja), a onda se gasi. Tiristor je u inverznom
smeru neprovodan sve do napon VBO, kada
nastupa proboj i razaranje.
15. Nastaje kao antiparalelna veza dva
tiristora, pa kao i dijak provodi u oba smera.
Takođe je i karakteristika simetrična u odnosu
na koordinatni početak, a kao i k-ka tiristora
koji provodi.
