Prince Of Persia follows the adventures of young orphan Dastan, who is invited to join the royal family and ultimately discovers that all is not as it seems as well as a dagger capable of transporting the owner back in time 鈥� as you do. And guess what? It鈥榮 up to Dastan to save the known world and win over the girl. Directed by Mike Newell of Four Weddings fame, and produced by Hollywood overlord Jerry Bruckheimer, Prince Of Persia feels very much like the lovechild of Indy and The Mummy. However, rather than taking on the very best qualities of both, it sadly fails to live up to those parents鈥� expectations.
