My professional expertise is deeply specialized. After 11 years at Eni Group and other 12 years at HayGroup (now Korn Ferry) (HR and Org Consulting), I work autonomously in management consultancy by april 2000.
My capabilities are mostly addressed to solve/improve clients organizational effectiveness or top management strategic/business problems, organizational themes/functioning or performance/productivity improvement with proven methodologies and tools.
About 500 projects run during period 1988-2019 for >150 clients (mostly multinational, private, public companies, central public administration, also small-medium enterprises).
