General Manager Network Operation Center at Telco Company handles Telco and IT Infrastructure that located in data centers to maintain the services (Voice, SMS, Data Service, Internal IT Services, Applications and Corporate Solutions) are running well by carrying out the functions Configuration Management, Fault ( Incident and Problem) Management, Performance Management and Service Desk.
