Dr. Louis L. Fletcher is the District Coordinator of Cultural Capacity for Falcon School District 49 in Peyton, Colorado. He is the chief compliance officer and liaison for the district鈥檚 interactions with the United States Department of Justice, he is in charge of the district鈥檚 Enrollment Management Office to ensure that the entry point to the district is accommodating and inclusive, and he develops curriculum to expand the cultural capacity of the district鈥檚 leadership, teachers, paraprofessionals, support staff, and students.
