Dr. Louis L. Fletcher is the District Coordinator of Cultural Capacity for Falcon School District 49 in Peyton, Colorado. He is the chief compliance officer and liaison for the district’s interactions with the United States Department of Justice, he is in charge of the district’s Enrollment Management Office to ensure that the entry point to the district is accommodating and inclusive, and he develops curriculum to expand the cultural capacity of the district’s leadership, teachers, paraprofessionals, support staff, and students.
