As an industrial mechanical designer, specialist in Autodesk Autocad/Mechanical
Desktop software, I have developed various projects in the industrial field: food sector,
paper, metallurgy, manufacturing, iron and steel, aeronautics, civil, petroleum, and
industrial services; all of this work in design, automation and process control. Until now I
have developed 65 projects and 29,840 plans.

From July 2001 to October 2007 and February 2009 to the present day, I held the
position of project coordinator in the engineering department of Medicion y Control
Industrial, S.A. (MECOIN S.A.), a company dedicated to the design, installation and start-
up of industrial automation systems. At the same time, it represented companies in the same
field, with headquarters in Spain and Germany.

The companies where I have had the most work are mainly dedicated to iron and
steel, food and paper: Siderurgica del Orinoco – SIDOR, Orinoco Iron, Matesis,
Bauxilum, Ferrominera, Alcasa, Alimentos Heinz, Cerveceria Polar, Nestle de Venezuela,
Alimentos Polar, Papeles Maracay, Kimberly Clark, among others. Among the activities I
performed there were:

• From 2001 I was in charge of the project department of Mecoin S.A.
• From 2004 to 2007, I was General Coordinator of Mecoin S.A., Guayana Region,
where I performed the following activities:

o Project implementation of industrial control systems,
for the different companies in the Guayana region and
other regions of the country.
o Put in place a total of 568 systems and or control valves

Siderurgica del Orinoco has 14 different industrial plants such as production and
reduction of ore, metal foundries, hot and cold lamination and industrial services such as
gas and water. Until now I have been keeping business relations with this company as a
technical advisor in design and industrial assembly.

From February 2009, I have been working as Technical advisor in the main offices.

From October 2007 to January 2009, I worked as coordinator of engineering
planning in the technical office of a consortium of Italian companies CGEI (Ghella Spa,

Impresillo spa and Astaldi spa) in charge of civil projects on the San Juan de los Morros -
San Fernando de Apure railway, a 252 kilometers section of the Venezuelan national
railway, in the state of Guárico, Venezuela.
My work included:

• Participation in the design, monitoring and implementation of the contractual work
program, using Microsoft project software.
• Monitoring and analysis of cash flow.
• Editing and overseeing the monthly report presented to the management of the
Consortium of Italian companies CGEI.

This professional development has permitted me to acquire, over the years, ample
experience in the industrial field, such as industrial design and technical management.

It is for these reasons that I am in the best condition to continue as an industrial project
officer with an experience of more than seven years in Venezuelan industry that I could
apply in other, different companies and actively participate in the industrial development of
your country.
On the other hand, working closely with multidisciplinary teams, developing ideas and
projects, makes me understand the importance of its synergy when it comes to promote
organizational success and the significant role quality of results plays in organizations.
