Manager of a company that specialises in complex hosting setups (extended SLAs, load balanced setups, media campaigns etc, ...) and develops web applications. I am a techie, and demand eye for technical details from my people. All applications and setups we deliver, should use the most advanced techniques possible (within budget of the customer of course). We work for B2B(2B) companies, web-agencies and some government and not-for-profit groups. As a manager, I am a firm believer in the 3P principle.
