Mission:
I use design & technology to improve experiences for people and brands in small ways (think websites, mobile apps) and in more meaningful ways (think integrated services & multi-channel experiences).
Specifically this can take the form of experience strategy development, persona and user modeling, journey map creation, task & process flows, feature scoping, site/app maps, prototyping and user testing/validation. I also partner to help companies implement systems to strengthen their digital work workflows across the enterprise.
