· I work on Ericsson System (real-time) Performance Analyzer (ESPA), drilling down to the RNC/Node-B level of troubleshooting.
· I monitor the status and performance of the network elements interfacing with the OSS platforms. (using basic UNIX commands).
· I maintain history of alarms resolution on the domains and share details with team members, using the ageing trends (weekly). For both NBH and 24hours.
· I Interface between the Domain Managers and the NOC, and other teams in Ericsson Performance·
Follow-up to closure of Critical Alarms which are Service Affecting
· I manage twelve (12) key NOC staff, who manage 24/7 support for the FMEs, and FO.
