I've worked both within organizations as a senior executive leading multi state operations as well as an external consultant providing customized solutions to organizations. Currently, I serve as the Director for The Center for Organizational Effectiveness at the Florida Institute of Technology, which is a university based consulting firm that provides human capital measurement and talent management strategies.
