A Singapore government scholar, Gek Siong obtained his Bachelors and Masters degrees in Computer Science from UC Berkeley and Stanford. He has played various roles in his 6 years with the government, from industry promotion to IT project management to standards development and advocacy. Having since joined the private sector, Gek Siong has expanded his experience further to include pre-sales solutioning, IT architect, operations and also hands-on development, working with both local and off-shore developers.
Gek Siong is interested in human-computer interaction, web & mobile technologies, software design & engineering, and building great products with the latest technologies.
