I have over 6 years of experience working in IT Services 24x7 , 24X5 support models. Currently working as Application Support Analyst & providing operational support to BSS [ Business Support System ] for treasury department of our customer . IT2 TMS [Treasury Management System ], MiSYS, SWIFT, Windows, MSSQL Database, GlobalScape FTP services.
I have experience on IT Infrastructure operational supporting model and providing support for remote data center for the client.
