Qualified librarian and information professional specialised in cataloguing, digitisation, special collections and systems. I have recently worked on a contract as assistant librarian in the research services department of the National Gallery of Ireland. My main duties included: planning and managing digitisation projects, implementing standards and devising guidelines for bibliographic cataloguing, preservation and cataloguing of rare books and special collections. I have previously catalogued the library of dramatist Sean O'Casey as a collections student at the National Library of Ireland and I have also experience in cataloguing prints, drawings and ephemera.
