The Librar-e Turkey Project is a 28-month pilot project involving 26 provinces and 52 district libraries across Turkey. It aims to promote public libraries and librarianship in Turkey. Novakovi nalazi se u centru grada. Nove prostorije
za deje odeljenje, otvorene su 1996. godine, u
okviru proslave 150 godina od osnivanja
Negotinskog itali邸ta, 1846. godine.
Rad sa decom zasnivao se uglavnom na pozajmici
knjiga i upotrebi u itaonici.
Kolektivne posete aka su bile jedini vid dru転enja
dece sa bibliotekarima.

svake biblioteke i da je posebna odgovornost
svake deje biblioteke da zadovolji potrebe

zadovoljstvom, po邸tujui njihove potrebe i
interesovanja, stvorili smo jedan edukativno-

Zami邸ljen je kao
prostor u kome su sva
deca dobrodo邸la, da
itaju, ue, igraju se,
pi邸u, crtaju ili se
jednostavno dru転e.
Nastalo je zahvaljujui
inicijativi i
entuzijazmu
zaposlenih, uz
minimalne tro邸kove.
9. 鴛意粥晦鴛意粥鰻遺掘
Prve godine smo imali tri radionice nedeljno:
Crtaonicu, itaonicu i Igraonicu. Ove
radionice su bile prilagoene na邸im najmlaim
korisnicima-deci do 10 godina. Zajedno smo
itali bajke, priali prie, crtali, slagali puzle,
igrali se i dru転ili.
U toku 1. godine kroz itali邸tance je pro邸lo 650
dece, kao i 12 kolektivnih poseta pred邸kolaca i
aka (oko 500 dece). Uraeno je 10 izlo転bi sa
preko 300 radova.

U narednim godinama svoj rad smo usmerili ka
zadovoljavanju potreba svih na邸ih korisnika.
Za najmlae smo osmislili radionicu: Prvi korak
u svet knjiga-gde su najmlai lanovi dolazili sa
svojim roditeljima da se upoznaju sa
bibliotekom, izaberu slikovnice adekvatne
njihovom uzrastu, slu邸aju prie, bajke i sl.
Radi popularisanja itanja uveli smo i nagradu
za najmlaeg lana. Na邸 najmlai lan ima 2
godine.

U ovim radionicama smo
itali, pisali, uili, crtali,
pravili
Svaka radionica je imala
osmi邸ljen edukativni
program koje su vodili
strunjaci iz odreenih
oblasti ili sami
bibliotekari. Kroz ove
radionice su nam pro邸li
pesnici za decu,
sve邸tenici, lekari,uitelji
i nastavnici.

U na邸em itali邸tancu vodimo rauna o potrebama
dece svih uzrasta, tako da smo za starije osnovce
pripremili posebne programe.
Programe smo ostvarivali kroz konkurse: (literarne i
likovne), edukativne radionice, prigodne priredbe
(Poka転i 邸ta zna邸). Za njih smo obezbedili i internet
kutak i osnovali bibliotekarsku sekciju.
Konkursi su raspisivani za Dan biblioteke, Dan
bibliotekara, Svetski dan deje knjige i Dan grada.
Na ovim konkursima uestvovalo je 1000 dece sa
preko 1200 radova.

radionice imali smo 44

1200 radova nastalih u ovim
radionicama.

Edukativne radionice- razgovarali smo sa njima
na odreene teme, obele転avali neke va転ne
datume (Svetski dan za邸tite 転ivotne sredine ,
Svetski dan poezije), uili ih kako da koriste
renike, enciklopedije, kako da pi邸u maturske i
seminarske radove. Kroz ove radionice je pro邸lo
500 dece.
Poka転i 邸ta zna邸 je predvien da oni iska転u svoje
pesniko,recitatorsko, glumako umee.
50programa je organizovano na kome je
uestvovalo preko 1000 dece.

Pratei potrebe dece obezbedili smo im i
internet kutak i medijateku. 3 raunara su im
na raspolaganju, kao i besplatan internet. Uz
pomo bibliotekara, uimo ih o bezbednom
kori邸enju interneta, pretra転ivanje knjiga kroz
cobiss , kori邸enje Vikipedije i sl. Pru転ali smo
im pomo oko izrade radova, pano i sl. Takoe
kutak je opremljen i medijatekom, sa oko 500
diskova koje oni mogu besplatno da koriste.

Bibliotekarska sekcija postoji dve godine i ima
10 lanova. Smatrali smo da vr邸njaci najbolje
mogu da podstaknu na itanje, 邸to se pokazalo
tanim.
Na邸i mladi pomonici bibliotekari su
uestvovali u pravljenju mesenih panoa
(Knji転evni podsetnik), izlo転bi novih knjiga,
vodili dnevnik preporuka, pravili listu knjiga za
nabavku i ureivali facebook stranicu biblioteke.

U 転elji da biblioteka zauzima va転no mesto u
転ivotu mladih ljudi, mi smo se trudili da
oslu邸nemo njihove 転elje i potrebe i iz te 転elje
na邸ih bibliotekara nastali su ovi mnogobrojni
programi za decu. Za deijeg bibliotekara nema
vee radosti nego videti kako dete sreno ita
omiljenu knjigu.

pronae neko svoje interesovanje u na邸im
mnogobrojnim radionicama, da im knjiga
postane zaista ljubav, a biblioteka potreba.
