這時代，面對無處不在爭奪你注意力的同時，世界頂級菁英，如何讓自己保持在巔峰狀態，其中，「保持專注力」，是不可或缺關鍵能力。
2020年02月不設限樂園讀書會，通過《Google最受歡迎的正念課》的說書導讀與社群共讀的分享下，讓大家藉由各章節的知識萃取，提煉出如何將正念的意義、正念的價值，還有如何培養正念習慣。
通過這些環節，我們會發現，那些正念的心法，不只能對個人的身心靈，產生不一樣的生命觀點。同時對於個人工作、團隊合作上，都會有新的收穫。
【1】專注力的腦內衝突
人們為什麼會注意力渙散
【1-1】經得起誘惑，都是具備了「延遲滿足」的能力
提升自己的專注力前，需要先分析，導致我們「分心」的原因是什麼？
著名的「棉花糖實驗」中，那些經得起誘惑的孩子，往往內心擁有「延遲滿足」的能力。
也就說，面對誘惑前，能否控制自己的慾望，並將感受「延遲到未來」。
【1-2】「本能情緒」與「理性意識」的注意力引導
延遲滿足，是能夠將「正在發生的事情」以及「內心的情緒感受」區分開來。
當棉花糖擺在你的面前，腦海內會不斷抑制本能的情緒衝動。此時，你必須要花費精力來抵抗內心的衝突。
如果本能的情緒衝動，勝過你的意識時，就容易讓情緒給主導。這時，棉花糖擺在眼前，會不自主的拿起來吃。
能夠有效掌管情緒的人，內心更知道怎麼區分，什麼是「眼前的事情」與「心理渴望的感受」，也才能將注意力，引導到正確的地方。
