鈥� Perform Incident management - Creation of incident report (IR's) and follow up to resolution.
鈥� Identify impact of the issue and assign priority of the ticket and take appropriate actions.
鈥� Perform Troubleshooting and apply fixes on affected service.
鈥� Participate in maintenance activities like Break-fix maintenance, Emergency maintenance performed during the shift.
鈥� Assist with pre and post testing of the services associated.
鈥� Managing Server鈥檚 disk space, Critical Logs, Monitor Sets of both servers and Workstation.
