Left Wales for good in 1993 to Warwick University and there i stayed working in Rugby as Head of PE at Harris Sports College. Did a few years adventure racing with the Welsh team, did 10 years of fitness competition and won 5 national and 1 world title, then retired unbeaten and learned to swim properly. Now Ironman triathlete having finished 8, including Hawaii world Champs in 2006. Turned Pro in 2007 but still work full time....something wrong there.
