NEW HORIZON NGO (NH) is one of the largest local non-governmental organizations in the Municipality of Ulcinj (founded on 1999).
The mission of the organization is: to increase participation of the citizens in local processes and broader, contributing in that way to development of democracy and promoting good governance, through realization of educational and integration programs.
