I'm now the Head International relations and the Funding and Investment General Directorate at the Higher Council for Innovation and Excellence. The Council is a Government institution linked to the Presidency of the State of Palestine. I'm an expert in international cooperation and development and in development cooperation and planning. I hold a PHD in Political Science from La Sorbonne /France and a master degree on international relations from Kiev/ Ukraine.
