When I was planning to become a coach I had to undertake several life coaching courses because there was no one course that gave me the tools and techniques to become a strategic, successful and outstanding wellness coach and business woman. I had to search high and low, I even ventured all the way to Atlanta from New Zealand where I was living at the time, just to attend training that would assist me to become a wellness coach. I feel that coaching is more than what we learn in the classroom, it is who we become in our lives.
