My role is to create and deliver a business led, HR strategy, aligned with policies and processes that enable the Business to attract, improve and retain the best talent in our industry. This includes strategic decisions on benefits, training and HR best practices. I am passionate about increasing the quality of what we produce with a keen and balanced eye on reducing costs. I work closely with the other Business Heads to ensure we focus on the quality of our people, creating great teams to improve what we deliver on our World Class Brands.
