Completed my graduation in Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry from College of Veterinary and Animal Science, Mannuthy, Kerala and Post-graduation in Livestock Products Technology (LPT) from Indian Veterinary Research Institute (IVRI), Izatnagar, Bareilly, U.P. and doing PhD in LPT at Veterinary College and Research Institute (VCRI), Namakkal, Tamil Nadu Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (on Leave). Currently working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Livestock Products Technology (Meat Technology Unit), College of Veterinary and Animal Science,Mannuthy, KVASU, Kerala. Interested in meat based functional food, food microbiology and animal by-product utilization.
