He received his BE, ME, and PhD degrees in Information Science and Technology from Aichi Prefectural University, Japan, in 2002, 2004, and 2008, respectively.
From April to June 2007, he was a Visiting Collaborative Researcher at Faculty of Information Science and Technology, Aichi Prefectural University.
