I am 15 years in IT industry. Was lucky enough to try several IT professions. In 2000-2001 realized that project and genaal IT management is mine. Since that time went trough couple of serious IT businesses, took leading part in CMMI L3 preparation and appraisal, passed PMP and ITIL certifications. My latest endeavor is "IT Tuning" project dedicated to to tune, improve, streamline business and operational processes and practices in IT companies, and not only IT by the way.
