I am a writer and journalist. Simon & Schuster will publish my first book in July: "Born Reading: Bringing Up Bookworms in a Digital Age." I am also the director of the story investigation department at True Pictures. For five years, I led the GalleyCat blog as publishing editor at Mediabistro.
