Dr. Kile has more than twenty-four years of application development experience. This includes more than eighteen years of project management experience and thirteen years of management experience. In his current position, Dr. Kile manages application services for IBM鈥檚 Worldwide Corporate Human Resources, Research, Real Estate, Marketing, and Corporate Security information technology suites. He is responsible for providing overall thought leadership for the account, implementing technical and application strategy, and managing the application services organization (currently more than 400 individuals) on behalf of the IBM Account.
